5Best Panda experience ever
Great experience at the panda sanctuary with my amazing guide Cindy. Not long after booking the tour I was sent a confirmation message from Ji which was a nice touch. On the day, Cindy knew all the tricks to make sure we weren't stuck in long lines unnecessarily and all the best routes to take around the enclosures to make sure that we had the best viewing opportunities possible. She was always very informative and knowledgeable about each panda and made the whole morning so much more enjoyable than it would have been if I tried to go it alone. Highly recommend have an expert guide you around this amazing facility.

Excellent morning tour. Our guide, Maggie met us in the lobby and we were in great hands with her for the rest of the tour. She was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and knew her way around this large panda reserve. I would recommend this tour!
4Great English speaking guide and good with children
It was a 4 hour tour and Ji looked after us very well. He speaks very good English and answered all questions our curios kids had. Our young child had to go to the toilet mid way during the car trip and he was very helpful with finding us the nearest toilet. Overall it was a pleasant experience

5A fantastic morning at Chengdu Panda Base with Ji!
I booked a private tour of Chengdu Panda Base with Ji and honestly couldn't have asked for a better morning! Everything was efficiently planned and extremely well organised from start to finish. Ji was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly where to go to get the best views of the pandas and capture some fantastic photos. His knowledge of the Panda Base really made a difference and helped me make the most of my visit. On top of all that, Ji is just a genuinely great guy, friendly, professional and a pleasure to spend the morning with. If you're planning a visit to Chengdu Panda Base, I couldn't recommend Ji highly enough. An absolutely fantastic experience!
