You’ll knead until smooth, roll the dough thin and cut it into ribbons of fresh pasta before preparing a vibrant marinara with roasted sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil. After cooking the tagliatelle, you’ll combine everything and finish your dish with Parmesan. You’ll pick up useful techniques for working with pasta dough, rolling and cutting noodles, seasoning and building a flavorful sauce.
