- Meeting time: 8.00 a.m We are located on the 4th street between the 5th avenue and the beach. From the 5th Avenue you will have to walk down towards the beach on the 4th street (Calle 4 Norte). You will find our dive center Scuba Libre on the left side of the street just few steps before the beach.
