Itinerary
We kick off our food safari right by the sand at this vibrant beachfront spot! Here, your local friend will introduce the group, lay out the adventure ahead, and treat you to your first incredible coastal tasting: an authentic, perfectly crispy Baja-style fish taco.
Next, we take a short stroll to transition into Mexico's legendary evening street food scene. We visit a neighborhood master of the vertical spit (trompo) to watch them slice smoky, beautifully marinated Al Pastor pork directly onto fresh corn tortillas, complete with a perfect wedge of fresh pineapple.
Time for a brilliant flavor transition! We loop back to the heart of the vibrant town square to grab a delicious local treat to go—either hot, fresh street churros rolled in cinnamon sugar or a refreshing artisanal ice cream.
