We focus on small groups, a relaxed pace, and taking you along scenic trails away from the busiest tourist areas. We keep our groups small - max 6 pax. Your local guide selects the route based on daily conditions, choosing quieter paths that offer beautiful views over the city, surrounding mountains, and fjords. This creates a more personal and authentic experience, with time to enjoy the landscape without crowds. The shorter duration makes this tour a great option if you have limited time in Bergen or prefer a lighter outdoor activity. Along the way, you’ll take a break at a scenic spot to enjoy coffee or tea prepared outdoors, together with a traditional Norwegian snack such as lefse or a cinnamon bun. With small groups and a flexible approach, this hike offers a relaxed, enjoyable, and authentic introduction to Bergen’s mountain landscape

About Bergen
Bergen is Norway's rainy fjord capital, a harbour city of colourful wooden wharf houses, mountain funiculars, a fish market and the gateway to the fjords.
Bergen sits between seven hills and the sea on Norway's west coast, with the wooden buildings of Bryggen, once the Hanseatic League's trading wharf and now a World Heritage site, lined along the harbour. The steep gabled houses stand in rows with narrow passages between them. Bergenhus Fortress, with the medieval Haakon's Hall, guards the harbour mouth, and Bergen was a capital of Norway in the 13th century.
Top-ranked sights in Bergen: Mt. Floyen (Floyfjellet), Hardangerfjord, Fantoft Stave Church.
