Itinerary
The first stop on their journey was to swim in the shallow and crystal-clear waters of Bacalar.
Next, they made their way to the Pirate Canal, where they learned about the captivating tales of pirates and their treasure. They were intrigued by the stories of how these pirates roamed the waters and fought against one another to claim the riches of the area.
As the day progressed, they decided to take a break and relax at Isla Pajaros. The peacefulness of the island was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of their travels. They sat by the water and breathed in the tranquility that surrounded them, taking in the beauty of the landscape.
Their final stop of the day was at San Felipe Fort, where they learned about the rich history of the town. The fort was built in the 18th century to protect the town from pirates and was a key location in many historical battles.

About Playa del Carmen
