Our ranch might be small, but it makes a huge difference to many animals, who have previously suffered from abuse and/or neglect. Our horses (and ranch dogs) are our priority, and we will always put their well-being first. That is why we ask our guests to provide detailed information on their ages, heights, weight and levels of experience, as it is of extreme importance to us to make sure we have a suitable horse for you. (Max. weight permitted is 200lbs; max. BMI 30.) About Punta Sam
Punta Sam is a small Caribbean coastal settlement on Mexico's Yucatán peninsula, north of Cancún, where the car ferry crosses to Isla Mujeres.
Punta Sam lies on the mainland coast of Quintana Roo, north of Cancún, facing the island of Isla Mujeres across a narrow channel. It is the point where the car ferry to the island leaves, and a small community has grown around the terminal. The coast here is low and flat, with Caribbean beaches in front and scrubby tropical forest and mangrove behind.
