5We had a great time on the Airboat Tour!
We've lived in St. Augustine for several years and always wanted to try the Airboat Tours, but just didn't get around to it. A couple of weeks ago, we have family visiting and thought this is the time! Boy, was it worth it. And it was a thrill when our guide opened up in the open water. Our tour guide was great - and he took the time to point out the wildlife and the various attributes of the St. John River. We learned quite a lot. We'd definitely do this again!
5A thrilling and fast-paced wildlife tour with a fantastic guide!
I highly recommend this tour. It was a blast and a lot of fun. We saw plenty of gators, turtles, and birds. We learned a lot about this area of Florida. Our captain, Justin, was fun and very knowledgeable, and sped up the boat outside the idle zones very nicely. The one-and-a-half hours went by really fast. Luckily, the weather held just until the end; the predicted rain started when we were just back in the car. Obviously, they have a deal with the weather gods ;-). I highly recommend Sea Serpent Tours and would do a tour with them anytime! So friendly and well organized! Thanks, guys, for an incredible experience!
5Informative fun!
Thoroughly enjoyed the airboat experience with Captain Justin. Saw a couple alligators and turtles, really enjoyed the river ( trees/ Spanish moss), baby blue heron and explanation about the dark brown water color. Informative fun!!
5A MUST Do When Visiting Saint Augustine Area!
Looking for something unique to do in the Saint Augustine Area? Sea Serpent Tours is a MUST! OUR tour guide, Captain Becca, was funny, happy, welcoming, very personable, and knowledgeable too! It is fun for the whole family- seeing the gators was great, and learning about them was amazing too! Easy to find- lots of free parking too. When our family comes to visit us here in the Saint Augustine area, we want to share this great experience with them- this was our second tour, and we will be back! Thank you, Becca! HIGHLY Recommend!

About St Augustine
St Augustine is a Florida town on the Atlantic coast, founded by the Spanish in 1565, with a coquina fort, narrow streets and Victorian-era hotels.
St Augustine was founded by the Spanish in 1565 and is the oldest continuously occupied European-founded settlement in the continental United States. The Castillo de San Marcos, a fort of pale coquina shell stone built by the Spanish between 1672 and 1695, guards the waterfront. The Spanish Quarter, pedestrian St George Street and the cathedral basilica sit within a few blocks, and the Bridge of Lions crosses to Anastasia Island.
