5Cruise gives a different more laid back perspective to DC
We were there in July of 2024 and it was so beastly hot. The boat cruise was comfortable and interesting and there are several restaurants convenient to the marina so we weee able to get into some AC afterward. I’ll never go to DC in the summer again though.
5Great experience . Was able to see so much in one day.
We walk about 4 miles on the trail. It is alright with me. But it needs to be known . Some places offer free lunch. When you talk about lunch, I thought lunch was included.
5Book with Nick! Nick...
Book with Nick! Nick knows Washington and delivers. The tour was incredible and he knows so much, the details and the highlights. Nick delivered important information with clarity and hos own brand of humor. Thank you so much from the Tucson couple.
5Fantastic tour
This was a very thorough and informative tour. Our guide was VERY knowledgeable in our history. This is a great way to see the monuments in one day!
5Exceptional Tour!
Tour was AMAZING. And Nick was outstanding. My first time in Washington DC, my husband's second. It was an amazing experience. Learned so much. Already planning our second visit.
5Very helpful and informative
Very informative. They took us around to see a few highlights we would have missed if we had toured on our own.

About Washington DC
Washington, DC is the US capital, a planned city on the Potomac, with a National Mall of monuments and museums and cherry trees in spring.
Washington was planned as a capital in the 1790s, with broad avenues radiating from the Capitol. The National Mall stretches from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial, past the Washington Monument and the Reflecting Pool. Memorials to Jefferson, Franklin Roosevelt and Martin Luther King Jr stand around the Tidal Basin, where cherry trees bloom in late March or early April. The White House stands just north of the Mall.
