  I loved the narration regarding the different historical sites. I also appreciated the flexibility of getting off to shop or have lunch, knowing I could hop back on another red line trolley to get back to my destination..

• 1Blue line always full, got stranded at Sea Life Park with no way back.

  They made a 68 year old with medical issues stand because there was no seating. We got dropped off at Sea Life Park, had a great time there, then when we went to return to the hotel using the trolley they had no room at all. Told we had to wait for the next trolley, the next trolley never showed up (apparently it broke down?), then the following trolley was full as well. What a joke. There is no cover at the trolley stop at Sea Life so we sat in the sun for almost two hours waiting for a trolley that could fit us in to bring us back to the hotel. Uber wanted $200 to bring us back. The city bus driver let us come on the bus to sit in the A/C and then took us back to Waikiki because the trolley abandoned us. Horrible experience, we didn't use any of the other trolleys for fear of getting stuck at our destination. Don't expect to be able to just 'hop on' and 'hop off' like they say. If you can get a seat on the trolley you are one of the lucky ones. Red/Green/Pink lines may have more seating than the Blue line since it seems like people ride the Blue line just to see the coast/views and never actually get on or off so room never opens up for people trying to use it how it's meant to be used as a hop on/off service, they just hop on and ride and never get off. Don't get off the blue line or you may be stuck wherever you get off. Be prepared to find an alternate way to get back to your hotel or better yet just use an alternate transportation method and don't waste the money on the trolley.

  Very expensive bad experience. I booked a 4 day all line ticket for 4 days on Oct 8, 2026 to take effect Nov 10. I must have did somethoing wrong because the ticket was booked to take effect Oct 08. I noticed this on Oct 12 and both tripadvisor and trolly co refused to correct becAuse it was a [past booking. My 4 day passs was to expire 10/12 so it was notpast. $175 down the drain.... RD CAPT USN {Vietnam vet 100% VA disabled)
