5Such a unique experience!
We enjoyed this so much. It was fun to see our different results, and Yuki was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We even had a few bus mishaps getting there (first bus was too full, then we missed our bus stop (our fault, forgot to press the stop request)), and she was very helpful in getting us sorted out.
5Very fun experience
It was a really fun experience. Yuki was very clear with the directions of the meet up place and was there early to ensure we got picked up. The class was very chill and it was a relaxing experience. Learned some basic techniques and the end product was delicious. At the end we also got to see a temple that was close to the workshop and she also recommended a lunch spot for us which was fantastic.
5Sweet treats
This is a great family activity! Yuki is a very talented and patient hostess. We enjoyed this activity and look forward to eating our creations.
5Beautiful wagashi
Thank you so much for this experience I shared a lovely moment with Yuki San I’ll do it at home now to impress family and friends 🤩
5Wagashi design
Love the fact, Yuki drove us from and to the subway station. She gave us a recipe. Everything was already made. All we had to do was make the design. It was very delicate and very interesting. I never used my left hand for pastries, so this was something different. Wagashi Pastry was tasty. I ate it for breakfast today. We were hoping to have a history on the Wagashi Pastry. We also wanted to mix the pastry as well. It was a very quiet and relaxing class. All our pastries came out cute. Thank you, Yuki! If we do the class again. Making the Sakura flower design would be really fun.
5Four tasty treats and a great time!
What a great experience! With clear communication from the very beginning and prompt support when we were standing at the wrong corner for pickup, Yuki was great to work with! After a lovely cup of tea and some friendly conversation we got started on the delicate Wagashi making. Yuki had prepared very clear instructions for us to take home with us and was an excellent teacher. Her English skills are strong and what words she didn't have she could use actions to show the next step. I am failry clumsy and lack much artistic talent but the instructions were clear and under a masters guidance the process was easy! My wife is much more artistic than I am and also had a great time making the Wagashi. At the end, we had four beautiful and delicious sweets to take back to the hotel. 5 stars!

About Sapporo
Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido, is a grid-planned city of wide parks, an annual snow festival, miso ramen and mountains close behind.
Sapporo was laid out as a grid in the 1870s, when Japan's government developed the northern island, so its streets are wide and straight, split by Odori Park, a long green strip through the middle. The red-brick former Hokkaido government building and the white clock tower, both from the Meiji period, recall that era, and the Hokkaido Shrine lies in a wooded park in the west.
Top-ranked sights in Sapporo: Odori Park (Odori Koen), Susukino, Sapporo TV Tower.
