Highlights
Trier becomes the crime scene in this self-guided detective game, where the clues are hidden in plain sight in the streets around you. The case is the murder of Balthasar, and the evidence is scattered across the old centre - past Judengasse, Liebfrauenkirche, Steipe and Dreikönigenhaus. You decode messages, photograph what does not add up and press digital witnesses whose stories never quite line up. Every puzzle you crack removes a name from the list of suspects. Play as a couple, bring the children along, or send two or three teams out at the same time and turn the investigation into a race - which is what makes this murder mystery game work as well for a team outing as for a day out. The last answer is waiting somewhere in the centre of Trier.

About Trier
Trier, on the Moselle near the Luxembourg border, was a Roman imperial city, and its Porta Nigra, baths and basilica still stand among the vineyards.
Founded by the Romans around 16 BC as Augusta Treverorum, Trier claims to be the oldest city in Germany and was later one of the capitals of the western Roman empire. The Porta Nigra, a darkened sandstone gate of the second century, is the largest Roman city gate north of the Alps, and the Basilica of Constantine, a vast brick hall built as a throne room, stands near the Electoral Palace.
Top-ranked sights in Trier: Porta Nigra, Cathedral of St. Peter (Trier Cathedral), Main Market Trier (Hauptmarkt Trier).
