1The worst experience
At the pick up point the tour guide did not show up. I called the ph# provided on the ticket but the ph# does not exist.
5Best tour guide in Niagara!
Niagara Nick made our experience unforgettable. He was so fun, energetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He shared so many interesting facts and hidden details that made the whole tour feel special, and he kept everything engaging the entire time. Honestly, I wish we had him for our entire trip because he brought so much personality and excitement to the experience. He made Niagara feel even more memorable, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting! 🌊✨

5Great time. Had so much...
Great time. Had so much fun with our little group. Leaned alot from him and he was very funny and caring. Even showed us the perfect spot for the fireworks
3Great tour guide but not really an interesting topic. !
Tour guide had a good spot to watch fireworks but you can do that on your own. No new stories shared.
5I hope you get Darin as your guide.
Darin was a fantastic guide. It was cool hearing local history about daredevils and mobsters in addition to seeing the Falls lit up at night and watching the fireworks.

Niagara Falls, New York, is the American side of the great waterfalls on the Niagara River, with a state park, an observation tower and gorge walks.
Niagara Falls, New York, sits on the American bank of the Niagara River, which pours over three waterfalls on its way from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. Niagara Falls State Park, the oldest state park in the United States, was laid out by the landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted and holds viewpoints right at the brink of the American Falls and the smaller Bridal Veil Falls. An observation tower looks over the whole scene, including the horseshoe-shaped falls, most of which lie across the border in Canada.
