5Big Bus is Best
We bought the Explore 72 hour package and it was great! We saw all the major sights, its a very efficient system and the audio tour very informative. All the staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely book Big Bus tours again.
5Great time
It hit all the hot spots. Bus was only 15 minutes between buses and this was during fleet week when the city was packed with people and cars. Drivers were friendly and helpful.
1Call this the “Sit in traffic tour”
Call this the sit in traffic tour! The whole trip should have taken 1 1/2 hours to complete. We were on the bus for 5 hours, mostly just sitting in the worst traffic I have ever seen. No accidents or reason for the traffic other than it was good weather on a weekend. No live audio. Just a recorded tape that looped over and over, so by the end of the 5 hour trip, you heard the same information over and over. What a waste of money. This ruined future hop on hop off trips for my 12 year old granddaughter. So dissatisfied.
4Great way to see the city
Great way to see the city. Tour was informative
5Great start to SF visit
We always like a hop on/off experience to see a city. This one was good, included ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. Overview of important stuff, let us off at Pier 39 for our lunch. Narrated by recording

About San Francisco
San Francisco crowds steep hills onto a peninsula between the Pacific and its bay, with cable cars, the Golden Gate Bridge and colourful neighbourhoods.
The Golden Gate Bridge spans the strait at the mouth of the bay, often wrapped in fog, and walking or cycling across it is a classic. Boats cross to Alcatraz, the former island prison, while Fisherman's Wharf is known for seafood and the sea lions that bask on the docks of Pier 39. The Ferry Building is a food lover's market.
Top-ranked sights in San Francisco: Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, San Francisco Chinatown.
