Your tour continues with the exploration of the city of Pisa, providing ample time for you to admire and capture photographs of the renowned Leaning Tower, along with other significant monuments in the square, including the Baptistery and the Cathedral. The Leaning Tower, with its distinctive tilt, began leaning during its construction in the 12th century due to the soft ground unable to adequately support the structure's weight. The lean further progressed until the completion of construction in the 14th century. After the visit to Pisa, the return is scheduled for 5:00 PM.

About La Spezia

La Spezia is a Ligurian port on the Gulf of Poets, with a naval harbour, museums and the main rail gateway to the Cinque Terre villages and Portovenere.

La Spezia lies at the head of a deep gulf on the Ligurian coast, ringed by hills of olive groves and sheltered by a long breakwater. It is an important naval base as well as a commercial port, and a seafront promenade, Passeggiata Morin, runs beside the harbour. The Amedeo Lia Museum holds paintings and medieval works, and the Castello di San Giorgio on a hill above keeps finds from the area.
