Homemade Manicotti Pasta Class in Denver (Includes 3-Course Meal)

Celebrate regional Italian flavors in this Denver cooking class hosted through Cozymeal. Across three courses, you’ll explore the contrast between creamy filled pasta, vibrant produce and a light frozen dessert. Your hands-on cooking experience features: - First course: Bruschetta with fresh toppings and balsamic glaze. - Second course: Homemade manicotti with a garlicky ricotta filling. - Dessert: Lemon raspberry granita with a refreshing crystalline texture. Learn how to balance acidity and sweetness, assemble filled pasta and create a smooth ricotta mixture that holds its shape. Your local chef will also demonstrate the scraping technique that gives granita its signature texture. Bring wine or beer to pair with the menu.
