Fun Asian Noodle Making Class with a Local Chef in Sacramento

Spice, crunch and silky sesame sauce are about to make your noodle routine much more interesting. You’ll start by preparing a savory sauce with sesame paste or tahini, soy sauce and rice vinegar, then sharpen your knife skills as you chop cabbage, scallions, mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. From there, you’ll cook the noodles and vegetables, learning how to handle each ingredient so every bite has the right mix of texture and flavor. Once the noodles are ready, you’ll add garlic, sesame seeds and chili crisp for that signature spicy finish. You’ll practice seasoning and combining ingredients while discovering how a few simple components can create seriously craveable results. Whether you’re new to cooking or already comfortable in the kitchen, you’ll have plenty to do, plenty to taste and a bowl of noodles worth showing off.
