5Highly recommend
Michael, our tour guide was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable. Every restaurant we went to was so good. This was a great way to get to try lots of different things.
5Absolutely fantastic food tour of downtown Chattanooga’s West Village!
We stopped at Old Gilman’s Grill, Paloma, and finished with dessert at St. John’s. Drinks were included at both Paloma and St. John’s, which was a nice touch. Old Gilman’s Grill was hands-down our favorite stop by a mile — the food was outstanding. St. John’s came in a close second; the dessert was delicious and we’re already planning to go back for a full meal. Paloma just wasn’t our thing, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our guide Michael was amazing. He shared interesting historical info about the area and really tailored the tour to our interests (and the fact that we’re locals). He made the whole afternoon fun, informative, and personal. Highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a great way to explore the West Village’s food scene!
5There are so many...
There are so many restaurants in this town, not only did we get to try 3 restaurants, our guide Michael offered history to each but also shared new awesome restaurants to try while visiting the area.

5Downtown Tour with Friends
We went to Old Gilman (fantastic chili fried shrimp), Whitebird (great service, fun lemon wine, amazing cheese board), and Landing Social Club (bread pudding is so good!). Such a fun experience, Bri was a great tour guide!

About Chattanooga
Chattanooga is a Tennessee river city between mountain ridges, with an aquarium, a steep incline railway, Civil War battlefields and a walkable riverfront.
The Tennessee River makes a bend at Chattanooga, close to the Georgia border, in a valley between Lookout Mountain and Missionary Ridge. It was a major railroad junction, and the 1941 song Chattanooga Choo Choo made its name famous. The Tennessee Aquarium stands on the riverfront, and the Walnut Street Bridge, a pedestrian bridge from 1891, crosses the river to a district of parks and cafés.
Top-ranked sights in Chattanooga: Tennessee Aquarium, Coolidge Park, Walnut Street Bridge.
