5Great and Unique Tour
A truly interesting introduction to Verona. Maria was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the city and it's history
5Great tour!
I gave the meeting or pick up three stars because it told us to be there 30 minutes early and that was a waste of time. But our tour guide was fantastic. Her name was Maria and she was very knowledgeable about many different things. We ended up not doing the “dark” history - it was just basic history of Verona. But that was fine with us. I really enjoyed it and learned so much about the city.
5Amazing Tour
This tour far exceeded our expectations. Francisco was extremely knowledgeable and showed us parts of Verona we certainly would have missed.

About Verona
Verona, in Veneto, is a Roman and medieval city on a loop of the Adige, with a vast arena, Juliet's balcony and Lake Garda close by.
The Adige curves around Verona's old centre, and the city's Roman past is plain to see in the Arena, an amphitheatre of the first century that still stages open-air opera in summer. Piazza delle Erbe, the market square on the old Roman forum, is lined with frescoed houses and has a column topped by the lion of Venice, and the Torre dei Lamberti beside it can be climbed. The historic city is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
