About Busuanga
Busuanga is the largest of the Calamian Islands in northern Palawan, a hilly island of grassland and mangroves, with Coron town on its southern coast.
Busuanga lies at the northern end of Palawan, the westernmost province of the Philippines, and is the largest island in the Calamian group. Rolling grassland and low hills cover much of its interior, which gives it a more open look than most Philippine islands, and its coast is cut by bays, mangroves and limestone cliffs. Coron, the main town, lies on the south coast, facing Coron Island across a narrow strait, and the airport is near Busuanga town.
