5Nice way to explore Brooklyn
Nice way to explore Brooklyn. Covered multiple neighborhoods and parks. Stopped at a bagel shop for a quick lunch.
5A perfect first day in Brooklyn
We had a fab few hours cycling around the different areas of Brooklyn with our guide Jeff on our first full day in the City. As it was early in the season, only myself and my husband were there that day so was basically a private tour! We went to a diverse range of areas and learnt so much about Brooklyn, the people who live there and how it's evolved. Jeff was very passionate and knowledgeable which made the tour very interesting. We stopped for lunch in Red Hook with views back to Manhattan, seeing and enjoying an area we probably wouldn't have got to on our own. Would throughly reccommend to anyone looking for something active to do while learning lots about Brooklyn. A perfect first day to orientate yourself.
5The Brooklyn Tour - a must do
Jeff was an excellent guide full of interesting info. I learned a lot and had a great time.
5We fell in love with Brooklyn!
My wife and I had an amazing time with Jeff and three other riders on Friday 10/24/25 with Jeff. As a long time Brooklyn native he had a lot fo interesting stories, historical information, and insights into Brooklyn in general. Although we had been to NYC many times and had biked around Manhattan, this was our first time on bikes in Brooklyn and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Brooklyn is amazing!
5Great overview of Brooklyn by bike
I was lucky enough to have a private tour with Jeff (because no one else signed up, which is not good for the business). The bikes are well maintained and have water bottle holders. Jeff loves to talk about the history of an area he is clearly passionate about. There are areas with beautiful houses and views of the river and some areas that are not so beautiful but it's all part of the history of the different areas of Brooklyn. We stopped for lunch and I never felt pressed for time. It was a great way to get to know an area with a lot of history.

About Brooklyn
Brooklyn is New York City's most populous borough, a patchwork of brownstone streets, waterfront parks, boardwalk beaches and food markets.
Brooklyn lies across the East River from Manhattan, on the western tip of Long Island, and was a separate city until it joined New York in 1898. The Brooklyn Bridge, finished in 1883 with Gothic arches in its stone towers, has a walkway above the traffic with views of the skyline. Brownstone houses line the tree-shaded streets of Brooklyn Heights, whose promenade looks over the harbour to Lower Manhattan.
Top-ranked sights in Brooklyn: Dumbo, Williamsburg, Brooklyn Bridge Park.
