Have a taste of freediving and find out what it’s all about. At Freedive Academy Panglao we specialize in AIDA, SSI, and Molchanovs - you can never go wrong with either of these agencies. AIDA 2, SSI Level 1, and Molchanovs Wave 1 are the official beginner course in freediving and have a duration of 2.5 days wherein you will acquire the proper skills to freedive to depths up to 20 meters. In this course, we will introduce you to the purest form of diving. With the help of our experienced and very knowledgeable instructors, your freediving experience will surely be amazing. Here you will learn more about the freediving safety procedures and pressure-related issues, we’ll discuss breathing and breath-hold techniques, and relaxation, and we’ll teach you all of this via open water sessions, pool sessions, and classroom time. We will provide you with a certificate upon completion of the course. For sure a new and fantastic experience!

- From the national highway - Bil-isan - Tagnan road. Continue straight and turn towards Napaling Drive 1, Napaling Reef. About 100 meters ahead, Freedive Academy Panglao will be on the right, a two-story building with flags outside. This is the meeting point!

About Panglao Island
Panglao is a small island off Bohol in the central Philippines, linked to the mainland by bridges, with white beaches, diving and a tidal sandbar.
Panglao Island lies off the south-west tip of Bohol in the central Philippines and is joined to Tagbilaran, Bohol's main city, by two bridges. White-sand beaches line its southern shore, among them Alona Beach, where dive shops, restaurants and small hotels stand behind the palms, and Dumaluan, which is quieter.
