Highlights
What sets our tour apart is the rare opportunity to step into a real, working alpaca and llama farm — not just observe from a distance. Located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, our one-hour+, hands-on experience invites guests of all ages to connect with animals in a meaningful, memorable way. Unlike standard petting zoos or walk-through tours, you’ll feed treats, learn how to halter and handle alpacas, give them baths on warm days, and — depending on the season — meet baby alpacas (called crias) and their moms. You may even witness a live birth or breeding session, as this is a full-time textile farm where life unfolds in real time. Perfect for animal lovers, families, and adventure seekers alike, our group format ensures a personal, immersive experience that’s both educational and unforgettable.

5This was an incredible...
This was an incredible end to my one week trip in Montana. The alpacas and llamas are so friendly, no spitting incidents. They are so beautiful and soft. Very informative as well. Not only did we get to walk the llamas, feed them, hug a baby; but there was also turkey, horses and their guard dogs on property. At the end we were gifted a sticker and keychain. There was a threat of rain and they provided shoes/ponchos for you to change into if you wanted which was a great option to have. The entire experience is 10/10. I would absolutely do it again next time I visit Montana.
5Fuzzy, fluffy wonderland
Great fun, great guide. Well worth the trip. 2 hours long, learned a lot and got to spend lots of time with the alpacas and llamas
5Unusual Pet Therapy
Just 15 minutes outside of downtown Bozeman lies this cute little farm- shop. Jenna was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. We got to pet, walk, feed, and take pics with a sweet guard dog, some funny turkeys, llamas and of course, cute, fluffy alpacas. They each have their very own personalities that make them unique. You can tell all the animals are well loved and taken care of, and we learned a lot about alpacas on the tour.
5Best Llama and Alepca farm
We had a great time. Our guide, Jenna, was so helpful and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and got to feed and walk the llamas. Highly recommend.
5Best Alpaca Experience Ever
Great experience. Family owned facility that raises alpacas and sells alpaca clothing. Our guide Jenna was a great guide. She was very knowledgeable and taught our group a great deal about llamas and alpacas. She is very personable and friendly. Entire staff was really nice. We needed to change our bookings do to flight delays, and they did it with a smile. You get to see, pet, feed the alpacas (who are mostly docile and friendly). We’ve been to alpaca farms in California, Colorado, Vermont, Peru, and Argentina. This is the only facility we’ve been where you can take the alpacas on a walk. Just do it..you won’t regret it. 6 out of 5 stars. One of the highlights of week exploring Yellowstone.
5If you are an animal...
If you are an animal lover you want to meet & learn about these fascinating alpacas. It was evident these animals were loved & well cared for. Our small group was all adults so it’s not just for kids!
