5Bodi was the best!
Fun experience that I would highly recommend! We took the 3:30pm trip on September 14th. Just be aware that the winds can kick up during the last 30 minutes and make it pretty chilly. Bodi was an outstanding guide and kept us entertained with his numerous stories of fun and adventure! The company supplied wet suits, water shoes and jackets. The bus ride back was nice and warm. We made a fun memory that will last a lifetime and highly recommend this trip for everyone who visits the area. Rapids were Class 1 & 2+... nothing too difficult or scary to maneuver.
5Great experience for our first family whitewater.
We had a great time even though it was chilly and a realtively low river. The guides made it fun for the whole family.
5Excellent Guide and Trip
Our guide was amazing! Young man from New Hampshire that made his way out west. I feel horrible for not remembering his name but he was fabulous. Great knowledge of the area, and lots of info. Very personable. We loved the trip. I was with my 4 year old grandson (float trip) and he loved it! He kept asking when we could do it again. If you get the chance to do a trip with Wild West do it!
5Worth every penny!
I was able to get white water rafting off my bucket list of things to do! Worth every penny. I also had a pleasant / funny river guide - I gave him a genuine heartfelt tip. Also I felt pictures purchased separately were worth it. I felt this particular trip offered is good for someone doing it for the first time (like me); route has some rapids, then areas to float downstream a bit, before next set of rapids. Now that I know what white water rafting is like, I am more confident rafting a more aggressive river elsewhere.
5Must try!
Awesome experience! Very friendly, fun, and clean environment! One thing I learned and experienced was that how the place is “safe” means that.. no one touch your stuff!!!! Even unlock car door At the end we were greeted by friendly dog!
5Fantastic few hours
Overall fun few hours spent on the water. Nico our guide was really good fun and nice chatting to. Shame not much rain so water not very high but when you went in the rapids was fun. Would recommend. Saw wildlife on the banks and getting to swim was a bonus

About Gardiner
Gardiner is a small Montana town on the Yellowstone River at the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park, by a stone arch and near hot springs.
Gardiner sits where the Gardner River flows into the Yellowstone River, on the northern edge of Yellowstone National Park in southern Montana. A stone arch, the Roosevelt Arch, stands at the park entrance, built in 1903 and carved with words describing the park as for the benefit and enjoyment of the people. The town is small, with log buildings, a main street and a few restaurants, hemmed in by mountains.
