  • 5Highly recommend this fantastic experience 🥰

Fabulous! The highlight of our Broome visit. John picked us up from our hotel exactly when he said he would. The tour guides on the beach with the camels were friendly, knowledgeable and clearly adored the camels. We loooved listening to the story about our camel, Wilbur, who is set to be promoted to lead camel for the 2027 season! Yaayy! Go Wilbur 🫶

  • 4Fun experience.

Fun experience. Very clear instructions to find the camels. Friendly and helpful girls leading us.and they took some good photos of us on the camels. Only one negative. We started nearly ten minutes late as they were waiting for someone who never turned up, but we finished on time so felt a bit short changed.

We had an absolutely magical evening’s experience. Wholeheartedly recommend! The price is steep but so worth it. The guides were all friendly and the camels appeared well looked after. Treat yourself and make some great memories!

  • 5Relaxing way to spend a sunset on the beach

Met on the beach, the entrance has change during some reconstruction and access is near the surf club. We walked 1.3 kms from where we parked but left in plenty of time. I noticed that the company waited a bit for stragglers. Getting on the camels was safe and supervised, using a Ute as a platform, so the camels stayed standing the whole time. The walk up the beach took about 20 minutes and then we turned around and walked back. It was enough for me. There were plenty of friendly staff walking beside us, talking and taking photos using our phones. I chose to purchase the professional photos as well which were emailed to me less than 2 hours later while I was having dinner. These are the iconic photos of the whole line of camels with the setting sun in the background. I was very happy with the whole event and would gladly do it again with friends that hadn’t done it, next time I am in Broome.

  • 5A fun experience.

A fun experience. Good communication before the ride, we were well briefed at the event and the staff walked beside us as we rode and checked that we were OK. They also took photos using my phone.

About Broome

Broome is a pearling town on the Kimberley coast of Western Australia, known for camel trains on Cable Beach, red cliffs and enormous tides.

Broome sits on a red-earth peninsula between Roebuck Bay and the Indian Ocean, a pearling port since the 1880s whose Chinatown streets still hold pearl shops and old tin-roofed buildings. Divers from Japan, China, Malaya and the Philippines worked the luggers here, and the Japanese cemetery records the men who died at sea. Sun Pictures, an open-air cinema dating from 1916, still shows films under the stars.
