1I’d use someone else
Staff was very unhelpful when requesting to make adjustments to my reservation. Difficult to contact, did not respond timely, ultimately led to me not being able to make the tour and I lost my entire payment. No refund or eligibility to travel on a different date. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

1rst time in a helicopter, amazing ! The driver was one of the kindest person we've ever met ! The pilot was so nice and gave us plenty informations and details about the city ! The flight was softy despite the wind, proof of a great professionalism and a great experience ! I recommand it 100%

Fantastic experience. Just a pity I was in a left rear passenger seat. I certainly didn't get to see all of the landmarks that the other passengers saw.

This experience was absolutely incredible and genuinely unforgettable. The views over Sydney from the helicopter were breathtaking and it was easily one of the highlights of my trip. What impressed me most was how smooth and stable the flight felt. It was my first time ever flying in a helicopter and I was honestly quite nervous beforehand, but the whole experience felt extremely professional and safe. The safety procedures were thorough and the team made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. If you are thinking about trying a helicopter flight for the first time, I would definitely recommend choosing them. The combination of the amazing Sydney views, the smooth flight and the professional safety standards made this a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
