  • 5Genova Segway tour.

Joseph, was our guide today, we were lucky enough to have a private tour, he was really helpful teaching us how to use the Segways to start and the safety briefing. He was a wonderful friendly and knowledgeable guide. We loved the tour with him. I would highly recommend this tour. 5 stars 🌟!

Excellent guide and ride. Matt was great in showing the highlights of old town Genova. One of the best tours I have ever had. The ride was awesome, a little challenging and very interesting. 2 hours of enjoyment. My most memorable part of 1 week in Italy.

  • 5Winding through Genova streets

We have taken Segway tours in various world cities before but this was the best. We easily manoeuvred through Genova’s winding streets stopping frequently while Matt explained the historical significance of the sites before us. The tour was well paced, informative and a great way to see the historic Old Town including the beautiful noble residences, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • 5Brilliant Tour!

Fabulous way to see Genoa. We chose the 2 hour tour to fully enjoy the city, definitely a highlight of our holiday. We had a problem weatherise on the 1st day of our booking but Mattieo gave us a few options, which we were grateful for, allowing us to do the tour with Joseph the following day. Can't fault the staff, their patience with novices is outstanding, very good tuition on how to travel safely and Joseph was very attentive, checking I was ok all through the trip - Brilliant! I would def recommend this tour!

About Genoa

Genoa, the great port of the Ligurian coast, is a city of steep medieval alleys, grand palaces and an old harbour once ruled by merchant families.

Genoa curves around a deep natural harbour with mountains close behind, so its streets climb steeply. It was a maritime republic in the Middle Ages, and the merchant families built palaces along Via Garibaldi and the Strade Nuove, now listed by UNESCO as the Rolli palaces. The cathedral of San Lorenzo has a striped black-and-white façade, and the Lanterna, an old stone lighthouse, marks the western end of the port.

Top-ranked sights in Genoa: Genoa Cathedral (Cattedrale di San Lorenzo), Piazza de Ferrari, Doge's Palace (Palazzo Ducale).
