5Great tour of Sonoma wineries
Linda was an excellent tour guide. She had great suggestions for places to see & places to eat. She kept things flowing smoothly.
5Wonderful small group winery tour!
Our tour was awesome. It took us to 3 unique wineries that we would not have known to visit on our own. Each location provided fun information on the wine-making process and helped us better understand the diversity in California wines in Sonoma's beautiful settings. The tour stayed personal and welcoming. Our guide Gary was great - both knowledgeable and engaging. The tour does not disappoint. We will utilize Platypus Tours again in the future!
5Wine tour
The tour guide Andy was great. He knew the wineries very well well. He also wrote a book about wine. He made the experience great

About Santa Rosa
Santa Rosa is the largest city of California's Sonoma County, a gateway to wine country, redwood forests and the Pacific coast north of San Francisco.
Santa Rosa lies on a broad valley north of San Francisco, in the heart of Sonoma County's wine country. Railroad Square, a historic district of brick buildings beside the old tracks, holds antique shops and cafés, and the Luther Burbank Home and Gardens preserve the house and experimental plots of the plant breeder who lived here. The Charles M. Schulz Museum honours the creator of Peanuts, who made his home in town.
