Itinerary
Symphony Yoshida Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that embraces a terroir-driven approach to sake making. Using locally grown sake rice, such as Gohyakumangoku and Koshino Shizuku, together with the pure water of Eiheiji Town, the brewery creates sake with rich and distinctive flavors. Here, you will tour the brewery with a detailed introduction from a member of the brewery’s staff.
At Igarashi Seishi, you will make small pieces of traditional Japanese washi paper for use as labels, under the guidance of skilled craftsmen.
