5Fantastic
Fantastic! Rodi was knowledgeable and patient- we saw some amazing gems on my morning bird walk. Highly recommend!

Rodiber was an excellent guide. He was the most knowledgeable guide we've ever had. We saw many interesting plants and animals. A highlight of our trip.
5Excellent and knowledgeable guide
My family had toured the hanging bridges at Selvatura without a guide the day before, and we were curious how much we had missed. Right off the bat, Rodiber showed us a small viper in a tree and a host of other wildlife and insects that we would never have spotted on our own. We loved getting to see everything up close with his spotting scope, and he offered to take pictures with the scope and those all turned out great. Rodiber was a wealth of knowledge and I would definitely recommend a tour with him!
5Great, relaxing, informative tour with Rodiber!
We did the Heart of the Forest trail with Rodiber this morning. He was really nice and knowledgeable, going at a pretty slow pace to explain the fauna and animals to us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend booking a tour with him!
5Monteverde WOWED Forest!!!
My wife and I had long dreamed of visiting Monteverde Cloud Forest and Rodiber was the perfect guide to show us the park. He was prompt and professional with communication, even helping us resolve a mistake I made in booking our entrance tickets. During the tour, Rodiber showcased his deep knowledge of the environment and its inhabitants, while also leaving space for quiet observation and wonder. The scenery was predictably incredible, but what stood out most about the cloud forest was the soundscape. Rodiber cued us to sharpen all 5 of our senses and spot a wide variety of plants and animals, especially birds. Thank you, Rodiber, for helping us realize this dream.

About Puntarenas
Puntarenas is a Pacific port on a narrow sandspit in the Gulf of Nicoya, with a seaside promenade, a cruise dock and ferries to the Nicoya Peninsula.
Puntarenas stretches along a sandspit about five kilometres long that pokes into the Gulf of Nicoya, with the sea on one side and an estuary on the other. In the 19th century it was Costa Rica's main Pacific port, when coffee from the Central Valley was carted down to be shipped abroad. Today a long seafront promenade, the Paseo de los Turistas, runs along the beach, and cruise ships call at the dock.
