Itinerary
This route is becoming the visitors favorite! The highlight of this route is the exclusive full access to a private estate, where you'll have the opportunity to explore and swim in one of three distinct and stunning waterfalls. The route goes through mountains on a rural public road so you experience the real Costarrican essence of rural living. You will go through small typical villages and farms as well as luscious landscape of the tropical rain forest on mixed gravel, dirt or paved roads. At the midpoint we’ll take you to El Tigre Sightseeing and restaurant. Great place to rest and take pictures of the beautiful valley. You can also buy some food, snacks and drinks before you head back down. (Please note that riding average should be 38Km per hour in order to meet the attraction points in the scheduled time frame. If riding does not meet expectations we may have to change routes)

5BOOK IT!
Jessie was the best! Guided me and made me feel safe and secure( love that he didn’t make me feel dumb 😂) stopped at a few waterfalls and we were able to jump off in front of tie waterfall! Absolutely loved it! Stop at a market and got a Cuba liner! Highly recommend! ! Pura vida

We took this tour today and had a fabulous time. The guide Jesse made the trip Exceptional. He took his time to show us some beautiful sites and was very professional. The sites we saw were stunning. Lunch at the top of the mountain was amazing as was the view. Would definitely book this tour again and will ask for Jesse. Thanks again for a wonderful time.
5Great experience and value for the cost
Jesse and Leo were top notch guides. They made sure we were all safe while still making sure we had a great time. Food at the end of the tour was some of the best local fare we have ever had. I will be returning with my family to do it again.

About Puntarenas
Puntarenas is a Pacific port on a narrow sandspit in the Gulf of Nicoya, with a seaside promenade, a cruise dock and ferries to the Nicoya Peninsula.
Puntarenas stretches along a sandspit about five kilometres long that pokes into the Gulf of Nicoya, with the sea on one side and an estuary on the other. In the 19th century it was Costa Rica's main Pacific port, when coffee from the Central Valley was carted down to be shipped abroad. Today a long seafront promenade, the Paseo de los Turistas, runs along the beach, and cruise ships call at the dock.
