5Asia’s Cooking Class-amazing experience! !
We cannot say enough about Asia’s Cooking Class in September. She made the class so much fun … we enjoyed it immensely! We made three different pastas … we all had the opportunity to make each one of them. Her expertise, knowledge and encouragement throughout the class was amazing. My husband was so thrilled because he had never made anything like this in his life and he had a great time. She graciously served the delish meal to us with such eloquence. Her wine, which was her private label, was wonderful. We bought some from her! We highly recommend Asia’s class … you don’t want to miss it!! She also emailed us the recipes which we can’t wait to try ! If we cross the pond again from North Carolina, USA, we will definitely put Asia‘s cooking class on top of the list of things to do!
5Amazing class and chef!
We could not have asked for a better experience! Asia and her assistant taught us how to make three different pastas. They were patient and informative for those of us who are not chefs. It was a lovely dinner and dessert. They joined us at the end of the evening to enjoy a glass of wine and good cheer. We strongly recommend this opportunity!
5You simply must!
Asia’s genuine warmth, talent, passion for food and wine and patience was world class! Such an experience, not only worth it but you simply would not have a full Toscana Villa experience without! Thank you chef!
5Highest recommendation!
Our family of 10 had an amazing evening. Asia was delightful and we appreciated both her expertise in cooking and her ability to teach. Young and old followed all the steps and mastered the techniques of making three distinct types of pasta. Dinner was beautifully presented and festively served on our terrace, each pasta with a unique and delicious sauce. Tiramisu for dessert was wonderful. All set up and clean up was handled efficiently so we could enjoy it all. A family memory to treasure! We are all looking forward to recreating the recipes Asia shared.
5Incredible experience with Asia as our personal chef
Incredible experience with Asia as our chef. Fresh, delicious and creative meals, tailored for all the allergies and dietary restrictions of our group. Asia is incredibly talented, along with her culinary skills and calm demeanor, she contributed to one of the most incredible vacations of my life. If you are looking for a private chef who goes over and above in presentation, taste, quality and overall experience, you need not look further.
5Chef Asia was awesome.
Chef Asia completed our quintessential experience of Italy with the pasta making class. Your expertise is obvious but you remain approachable. We enjoyed meeting you. Your class was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks for making our visit to Italy so special.

Piazza Grande, a sloping square lined with palaces, loggias and the apse of a Romanesque church, hosts a jousting tournament, the Giostra del Saracino, held in June and September. Petrarch was born here in 1304, and so was the painter and writer Giorgio Vasari, in 1511. Scenes of the film Life Is Beautiful were shot in the old town.
