5Art made simple and FUN!!
The Picasso and Vino experience is so much FUN!! Karen is a wonderful artist. She makes you feel so comfortable exploring your creative side. I have been attending her classes for 8 years and I have loved every single class!!! I'm even getting better!! The new studio is beautiful!! There is so much room and wonderful lighting!! I will be attending another class in October. Also her daughter has some new classes that I hope to attend as well. Thank you to Picasso and Vino for a wonderful time!!! Blessings, Lisa
5Wonderful painting experience
It was exciting, as it was my first lesson painting on big canvas—and it went really well! Karen explains and demonstrates painting techniques in a clear, accessible way. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience!
5Lilys and Lotus with friends
It was a fun and relaxing time. The artist teaching us was super knowledgeable and very friendly. The price was fair. We were there a little longer than 2 hours, as it was just two of us in the class and we really enjoyed chatting and learning about Picasso and Vino. A gem of a place in Pagosa Springs. Best for someone ready to learn something new and to be impressed with their untapped artistic abilities.
5An annual event
We’ve painted at Picasso and Vino every year for at least the last 5 years and it’s always a fantastic experience. We learn something new and have a great time. The drinks and food are minimal but delicious. The new location offers more space. And can’t wait to see Karen get the space fully set up. The prices are a bit high, but it’s still a great place to go for a night out.
5Great Painting Lessons
Had a wonderful time at Picasso & Vino~ Excited about the new location and looking forward to taking more classes!
5Fun Girls’ Night
This was our 4th time painting with Picasso & Vino. It’s one of our hi-lights of our girl trips when we visit Pagosa. Would highly recommend it for a fun night out! Very reasonable at $35 per person for 2 hours of fun! The owner is the best-very patient with everyone, especially us non-painters. 🥰

About Pagosa Springs
Pagosa Springs is a small mountain town in south-west Colorado, built around a large hot spring on the San Juan River and ringed by high forest.
Pagosa Springs lies at about 2,200 metres on the San Juan River in the San Juan Mountains of south-western Colorado. The town takes its name from a Ute word for healing waters, for the hot springs that steam beside the river, and the Mother Spring, among the deepest geothermal hot springs known, feeds a string of bathing pools. Forested ridges and a long skyline of peaks surround the valley.
