5A wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful evening learning how to make pasta. The dinner was delicious and we had great conversation with the other guests. A great experience we will remember forever!
5Lovely evening in the Italian countryside
This was a lovely way to spend an evening in Puglia. Our Nonna was adorable and master of the pasta shapes. Our guides Fabio and Silvia were fantastic. Very helpful when I struggled with the shapes and the dough. Dinner was fantastic. Simple home cooked food and I got very lucky to have great company. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
5Amazing cooking class experience!
I went to Puglia in July 2026, and the experience in Senti la Puglia was such amazing! I loved every time I had there. They help me with the transportation until la Vila, what helps a lot since I went by train. The class was amazing too, with a real nona teaching how to do a good orrirchete and another's types of pasta and was pretty good, they explain very well, help you to get a good dough and the class has just 8 people so was perfect to enjoy that time without overwhelmed. At the end we could appreciate a good dinner with the pasta we made. Was a great experience, the hosts are such nice and kindly persons. I for sure recommend!
5Lovely experience
We had a fantastic time! The guides were wery kind and patient. Everything was lovely. It would be nice to have a transfer from Ostuni for the whole group aranged (a minibus perhaps), since most people stay there and you want to drink so you shouldn't drive.
5Iddylic pasta workshop with the cutest Nonni
We had a wonderful experience with the Senti la Puglia team and their Nonni. All aspects - from the pasta workshop to the dinner - were really enjoyable. Time flew by and we only saw happy faces around. Congrats to the team, we will come back!
5Great combination of activity and dinner
The setting was great, the people very friendly! It was all well organised.

About Brindisi
Brindisi is an Adriatic port in southern Puglia, the end of the Roman Via Appia, with castles, a deep natural harbour and the white towns of Puglia nearby.
Brindisi has been a harbour since Roman times, and its natural port, a bay with two inlets said to resemble a stag's antlers, made it the gateway to Greece and the East. The Via Appia, the Roman road from Rome, ended here, and a tall Roman column near the waterfront marks the spot. The poet Virgil died in Brindisi in 19 BC. The Swabian Castle and the Aragonese Alfonsino fort guard the harbour.
