David was an excellent, informative, enthusiastic, and heartfelt tour guide! It was a wonderful tour. Read the fine print: no shorts allowed at the Duomo! I was only allowed to enter by wrapping a shirt to cover my knees, like an apron. At the lunch stop the restaurant workers were so slow and noncomminicative — which was no fault of the tour —- but it caused me to be 4 minutes late for meeting point time, and the group left me behind. I caught up myself at the next stop, so it worked out. So I learned: 1) no shorts in Duomo, 2) do not be late. Overall, wonderful tour!
