Highlights

Your guide Daniel collects you from your Sydney CBD hotel in a luxury Mercedes van for a full day in the Hunter Valley. This small-group tour (max 11 guests) visits three handpicked cellar doors — Krinklewood's stunning Provençal estate, the refined 1813 at Tinonee, and the architecturally striking Keith Tulloch Wine. At Keith Tulloch, an artisan chocolatier is on site and you can add a craft gin tasting at no extra charge. Lunch is at Café Enzo — a Hunter Valley institution since 1996, set in a sandstone Tuscan courtyard in Pokolbin. Homemade food, local produce, generous plates. Guests pay on the day. No crowded tourist stops. No rushed tastings. Just an elevated day in the valley with a guide who genuinely knows it.

Nestled inside the Tuscan-inspired sandstone complex of Peppers Creek Village on Broke Road, Café Enzo has been one of the Hunter Valley's most-loved dining spots since 1996. The menu is built around locally sourced, homemade cooking — think generous plates, great coffee, and an alfresco courtyard that makes you want to linger.
