5Fun pasta cooking class class
Giuseppa is a wonderful host and teacher. Four of us ( two couples) did a fresh pasta cooking class in her comfortable home, and had a lot of fun. She also taught us a lot about the local culture and history. The food was delicious and we are looking forward to practicing our new skills when we get home. I highly recommend this class if you want a fun, low-key and pressure- free cooking experience with a lovely person.

1Worst experience ever never do this class they are a scam
Worst experience ever. I got confirmation for class today. I booked a hotel room for this class. No one is here they told they canceled, but I have confirmation today -
5An unforgettable experience for all!
Francesca was amazing! She is obviously very experienced and knows what she is doing. She is also very patient. My friend injured herself and needed 3 stitches. Totally her own fault but Francesca and her daughter drove us to the hospital, served as interpreters and then insisted we come back and have lunch!! She and her 3 daughters spent extra time with us and made the experience a great one! I would definitely take another class with her—assuming she’s willing to take us on again!
5Amazing experience!...
Amazing experience! Highly highly recommend. The food was amazing to cook and eat but the experience with the family made it even more special.
5Highlight of our trip
There was a booking error so we missed our original class scheduled in Lecce, but I’m kind of glad that happened because we just had the best time. Mimma and Ciro in Brindisi were so gracious and friendly and we had a great time learning to cook some local dishes and having great conversations. 100% would recommend.

About Lecce
Lecce is a Baroque city in Italy's heel, built in honey-coloured limestone and carved with flowers, animals and saints on every façade.
Lecce's soft local limestone could be carved like wood, and the architects of the seventeenth century used it to cover churches and palaces in garlands, cherubs, animals and plants, a style called Leccese Baroque. The Basilica of Santa Croce has the richest façade, and the Piazza del Duomo is a closed square with a campanile. A Roman amphitheatre lies half uncovered in Piazza Sant'Oronzo, and the city is sometimes called the Florence of the South.
Top-ranked sights in Lecce: Lecce Basilica of Santa Croce (Basilica Di Santa Croce), Lecce Roman Amphitheatre (Anfiteatro Romano di Lecce), Porta Napoli.
