Highlights
Step into one of Lecce's most beautiful new venues — Boulangerie, a stunning modern space right on Piazza Mazzini, in the heart of the city. Behind this contemporary setting lies a family story that began in 1990: one of Lecce's most beloved local institutions, now reimagined for a new generation. Here, guided by a skilled local pasta maker, you'll learn to prepare traditional Salentine fresh pasta entirely by hand — no demos, no watching. Just you, the dough, and decades of tradition passed down come la Nonna. With a maximum of 10 guests, the atmosphere is intimate and genuinely local. And because you're right in the center of Lecce, the rest of your day is yours — explore the baroque old town, browse the boutiques, enjoy a coffee in the piazza. No transfers, no countryside drives. Just great food, great company, and one of the best addresses in Lecce.

About Lecce
Lecce is a Baroque city in Italy's heel, built in honey-coloured limestone and carved with flowers, animals and saints on every façade.
Lecce's soft local limestone could be carved like wood, and the architects of the seventeenth century used it to cover churches and palaces in garlands, cherubs, animals and plants, a style called Leccese Baroque. The Basilica of Santa Croce has the richest façade, and the Piazza del Duomo is a closed square with a campanile. A Roman amphitheatre lies half uncovered in Piazza Sant'Oronzo, and the city is sometimes called the Florence of the South.
Top-ranked sights in Lecce: Lecce Basilica of Santa Croce (Basilica Di Santa Croce), Lecce Roman Amphitheatre (Anfiteatro Romano di Lecce), Porta Napoli.
