Highlights

We are the only kayak rental company right next to the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Preserve. This paddling area is hands down one of the best family ecotours experiences to be had on the islands of the OBX. A beginner friendly environment explores a calm, glassy creek that meanders through the natural glory of one of North Carolina’s largest track of deciduous maritime forest habitat. We have a flotilla of sit in and sit on top kayaks for your paddling pleasure. We also have specialty fishing kayaks and sea kayaks for the Hard Core paddler.

About Outer Banks

The Outer Banks are a long chain of barrier islands off North Carolina, with striped lighthouses, wild horses, tall dunes and the first powered flight.

The Outer Banks are a long, thin chain of sandy barrier islands along the North Carolina coast, separating the Atlantic Ocean from the Albemarle and Pamlico Sounds. Towns such as Kitty Hawk, Nags Head, Duck, Corolla and Hatteras sit among dunes and maritime forest, linked by a coastal road and by ferries to Ocracoke Island.

Top-ranked sights in Outer Banks: Wright Brothers National Memorial, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, North Carolina Aquarium (Roanoke Island).
