Continue through the Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with breathtaking terraces overlooking Lake Geneva, before returning to Geneva after a relaxing and picturesque day.
A visit to Chaplin’s World is a journey into the life and creativity of Charlie Chaplin, one of cinema’s most iconic figures. The museum is located in his former home, set in a peaceful estate overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Inside the mansion, you’ll walk through beautifully preserved rooms that show how Chaplin lived with his family, filled with personal objects, photographs, and a warm, intimate atmosphere that makes it feel like he could still be there. Next, you explore the studio experience, which brings his film career to life. Through interactive sets, film scenes, and multimedia displays, you discover his famous characters like “The Tramp” and learn how he created some of the most influential films in cinema history. Overall, it’s not just a museum — it’s an emotional and immersive experience that combines history, film, and beautiful scenery, making it a highlight for visitors in the Lake Geneva region.
A visit to Barryland in Martigny is a unique and heartwarming experience dedicated to Switzerland’s famous Saint Bernard dogs. The museum introduces you to the history of the Saint Bernard breed, originally cared for by monks in the Great St Bernard Pass to help rescue travelers in the Alps. Through interactive exhibits and displays, you learn how these gentle dogs became an iconic symbol of Swiss heritage. The highlight of the visit is meeting the Saint Bernards themselves. In the spacious park and indoor areas, you can see them up close, observe their daily life, and learn about their care and training. It’s especially enjoyable for families and animal lovers. The experience is both educational and emotional, combining Swiss tradition, Alpine history, and the charm of one of the world’s most beloved rescue dogs — making it a memorable stop in the Valais region.

About Geneva
Geneva is a lakeside city in French-speaking Switzerland, home to the Jet d'Eau, a hilltop Old Town, many international bodies and views of Mont Blanc.
Geneva lies at the western end of Lake Geneva, where the Rhône flows out toward France, with the Jura and the Alps on either side. The Jet d'Eau, a fountain that shoots water 140 metres into the air, marks the harbour. The Old Town climbs a hill to the Gothic Saint-Pierre Cathedral, where John Calvin preached, and the Reformation Wall in the Parc des Bastions shows its leaders in carved stone.
Top-ranked sights in Geneva: Geneva Water Fountains (Jet d’Eau), Lake Geneva (Lac Léman), St. Peter's Cathedral (Cathédrale St-Pierre).
