  2. Iguazu Falls are one of the most spectacular natural attractions in South America and the world. These 275 waterfalls were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Upon arrival at the National Park, you will show your entrance ticket and enter the park (entrance fee not included). The innumerable footbridges will allow you to get close to the waterfalls until your face gets softly wet.

    6 h

  3. Next up, ride on an ecological train through the Iguazu rainforest to access the viewing platform that overlooks the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important and most imposing waterfall of all. You will not cease to be amazed by the force of millions of litres of water falling at different heights! ** In case there are many people in the train to go to The Devil’s Throat, you will try to go first to less crowded places.

    1.5 h

  4. After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of either the lower or the upper circuit. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT, feature a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. Are you hungry? You will have some free time to have lunch (lunch not included).

  5. This exciting excursion is highly recommended in order to experience the true power of Iguazú Falls!! After enjoying the final views of the day we will drive you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. **Would you like to go on an dventure? If the answer is yes, we recommend booking our tour option that includes a Boat Ride to meet face to face with the incredible waterfalls. **The order of the itinerary is subject to change due to conditions of an operational nature. Your guide will decide which circuit should be visited first to avoid long lines and major crowds.

  • 5Thorough, organized and delightful tour guide.

Hector was an excellent guide. He explained things in great detail both in Spanish and English. He kept the tour operating in a timely fashion and explained options in detail. The views of the falls were impressive and the weather cooperated to make it an enjoyable excursion.

  • 2A very long day at Iguazu Falls

This tour was way too long and many details were lacking before and during the tour. We tried to find exact pick up time from the operators night before and didn’t get a response! It wasn’t just the guides fault but there were delays. People hadn’t organised their tickets prior as required on booking advice for park entry or boat ride so nearly an hour was spent waiting outside by those who’d done the right thing and had their tickets. This shouldn’t mean these guests have to wait. Bad luck - They can meet in the park after first loop or rearrange. It’s very rude and inconvenient. There was also so much useless waiting around in the park. If you didn’t do boat ride you had 2 hours for lunch - ridiculous. Also claimed to be 7 or so km of walking but was almost double this! The views are spectacular with Devils Throat the stand out but save your money - get transport there and do it yourself. It is easy. Take food and drinks with you as all is pretty expensive and take lots of water. Very humid with lots of walking. I would not bother with this tour. We expected to be back at our hotel around 4 and got back at 6. We were not happy.

Lots of easy walking. A longer experience than we expected, taking most of the day. Very nice National Park.

  • 2Iguazu Falls

Poorly organized. A lot of wasted time before trip started on the train and circuits to see the falls. Also promised pick up at hotel and night before informed I needed to travel to different hotel. Spent a lot of time picking up guests. Would be better to have one pick up spot for everyone so can experience all the park has to offer. Also not clear when booking that option was to either do the lower circuit or boat trip, would have been nice to have done both which is feasible if better organized.

  • 1This tour was a deceiving trap.

The purchase of the tour was a deceiving trap, and the price was supposed to include the ticket to enter the waterfall, but it didn’t, and I had to pay 45,000 Argentinian pesos. I even sent a message to Rocio, but she never replied. Also, the WhatsApp phone numbers she listed never worked. It was a whole scam. Thus, I’d like to get refunded the 45,000 pesos I had to pay for the entrance ticket. Never again!

Everything was well organised: Pick-up at hotel Park tickets (bought by yourself or through the company) Option to take the boat ride (I decided against it) The different walking tours accompanied by our guide Daniela (she did a great job) Drop-off at the hotel

About Puerto Iguazú

Puerto Iguazú is a small Argentine town where the Iguazú and Paraná rivers meet, close to the waterfalls of Iguazú National Park.

The town stands on a red-earth bluff above the meeting of two rivers, with Brazil on one bank and Paraguay on the other. A lookout called the Hito Tres Fronteras faces both countries across the water. Most people come for the falls, some twenty kilometres upriver inside the national park, where the Iguazú splits into roughly 275 separate drops and the largest, the Devil's Throat, pours into a U-shaped chasm.

Top-ranked sights in Puerto Iguazú: Iguazu Falls, Devil's Throat (Garganta del Diablo), La Aripuca.
