The four-course menu commences, showcasing homemade local delicacies from across Argentina, of course with the bife de lomo (tenderloin), served with several sides, and appetizers. The tasting experience features beloved dishes such as empanadas, chorizo, matambre, grilled provoleta cheese, steak, and more, thoughtfully paired with three distinct wine selections. About Puerto Iguazú
Puerto Iguazú is a small Argentine town where the Iguazú and Paraná rivers meet, close to the waterfalls of Iguazú National Park.
The town stands on a red-earth bluff above the meeting of two rivers, with Brazil on one bank and Paraguay on the other. A lookout called the Hito Tres Fronteras faces both countries across the water. Most people come for the falls, some twenty kilometres upriver inside the national park, where the Iguazú splits into roughly 275 separate drops and the largest, the Devil's Throat, pours into a U-shaped chasm.
