Our guide Monica and driver Luca were very good I would recommend not allowing children under 12. Day is long and the kid on tour was disruptive

  • 5Unforgettable Journey!

We had an incredible time on the trip and our tour guide Monica was absolutely amazing! The bus ride to St. Moritz was wonderfully scenic with a stop halfway for toilet and snacks (the 3 hour bus ride home does not have a stop so be aware), then we walked with Monica for a short guided tour of the city before getting onto the Bernina Express for an unforgettable journey. From glaciers to mountain towns alongside beautiful lakes, it’s truly a spectacular view (I’d recommend sitting on the right side of the train on the journey so you’re on the side of the glacier). I was so grateful to have Monica voiceover some of the most important sights and she was so helpful in ensuring we were able to sit together on the train. I highly recommend this tour, it was the perfect finale to our time in Milan!

Very good. A long day but so worth it. Our tour guide Haja was excellent, she was informative, great fun and so easy to understand and to be with, nothing was a problem for her. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure everyone knew where they were to be and at what time and what there was to see and do in the area. And Maximillian, our driver...so careful and safe and so good, it was a pleasure to have him in control around those hairpin bends!!!

  • 1Mismanagement

Today my experience was not good. I booked one day back. Viator confirmed iit & give confirmation. My pickup time was 7 am. I was there at 6:45 am. After arrival I contacted with two tour guides there. They told me my name is not there list. I showed them my booking confirmation. Then they told me that their was overbooking. Then I give message to service provider they asked me to next bus at 8:15 am. I booked in panaromic carrier but i didn’t get panaromic carrier. I totally disappointed by this mismanagement.

About St Moritz

St Moritz is a high Alpine resort in the Engadin valley of eastern Switzerland, with a lake, ski slopes and a long record as a winter-sports host.

St Moritz stands at 1,822 metres above the lake of the same name in the Upper Engadin, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. Its mineral springs drew visitors for centuries, and in the nineteenth century it became a winter-sports centre, hosting the Winter Olympics in 1928 and 1948. The Cresta Run, a natural ice track for headfirst skeleton racing, has been used since the 1880s. The Segantini Museum, in a domed building, shows the Alpine light paintings of Giovanni Segantini.
