5Amazing experience
Stunning views and amazing energy from the pesto making to the boat ride - all truly spectacular! Gary was wonderful at communicating and securing our spots together for the pesto making class. He was helpful and responsive. It was an experience that was a highlight for our trip.
4Go for the pesto not the boat
The pesto making class was excellent and would do it again in a heart beat. The boat tour while beautiful was very slow put along due to regulations and a bit dull.
5Amaying tour with nice people
Our guide was Gary John Lloyd. He is a very knowledgable and kind person. We enjoyed every minutes of this tour. The pesto making class in Nessun Dorma was just amazing. This is a “must go” tour! Thank You, Gary!
2There are better ways to get this same experience
Recommendation: book the pesto class and boat tour separately. There is no value in booking this as a package. The pesto making class at Nessus Dorma was great but rough seas caused the boat tour to be cancelled. We were given a bottle of wine as compensation for the boat ride… meaning we paid 4x what the pesto class actually cost.
5Excellent
Beautiful n excellent experience with the pesto and the class. The guide is very good and he did an excellent job
5Great experience!
Had an awesome time, and the pesto turned out great! I even won a bottle of wine. Had a very fun group that we were with which made it even better. The lunch was good and capped it off with a nice boat ride up the coast.

About Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre are five colourful fishing villages strung along the steep Ligurian coast, linked by trails, trains and boats above the sea.
The Cinque Terre are Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, five villages on a rugged stretch of the Ligurian coast in north-west Italy. Pastel houses cling to cliffs above tiny harbours, and centuries of dry-stone terraces climb the slopes, planted with vines, olives and lemon trees. The coast is a national park and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Top-ranked sights in Cinque Terre: Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre National Park (Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre), Vernazza.
