Highlights

The tour departs from Salerno at Molo Manfredi at 9 am and ends at 6 pm. The 10-metre Sorrento gozzo, approved for 11 people, is the perfect boat for exploring: spacious and fast, yet relaxing, with a large bow where you can lie down and sunbathe comfortably, plus a cabin with a full-height bathroom for any need. Our first stop will be at Li Galli Island for a swim, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and Greek myths about mermaids. Next we will arrive at Capri, the island of love, passing between the most famous sea stacks in the world! We will continue with a tour of the island by sea, with various stops for swimming at its beaches and caves. Then you can go ashore to explore and discover its history through gardens and local shops, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the stacks. Heading back towards Salerno, you can enjoy the last glimpse of the sun with a view of Capri and, finally, a last view of Positano as you return to port.

About Salerno

Salerno is a port city at the eastern end of the Amalfi Coast, with a Norman cathedral, a palm-lined seafront and a castle on the hill above.

Salerno curves around a gulf with a long palm-lined waterfront, the Lungomare, and a medieval centre of narrow lanes behind it. The cathedral, begun in the eleventh century under the Norman duke Robert Guiscard, has an arcaded atrium and a tall bell tower, and the city was home to the Schola Medica Salernitana, one of the earliest medical schools in Europe. Above, Arechi Castle looks out over the bay.

Top-ranked sights in Salerno: Archaeological Park of Paestum (Parco Archeologico di Paestum), Salerno Cathedral (Duomo di Salerno).
