  • 5EXCELLENT rafting company! We will book with BCR for all future trips.

We did the Browns Canyon LOWER on August 14th. Our guide was Molly and she was excellent! She knew the river very well and was very clear with her instruction and FUN! We've done several rafting trips with numerous companies, but Browns Canyon Rafting had a great check in/ office. They had a store, in case you forgot anything, along with clean bathrooms and changing areas. I will definitely book with them again!

  • 5When the water is low the vibes are high.

Emu was our guide. She had great energy. The river was low but she said their motto when the river is low is “low tide, high vibes”. She was great fun and had us do some maneuvers that are only possible when the water is low. I went with my wife and 13 year old son. We did the half day trip and it was perfect. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time despite water levels being low. Communication was clear so we knew exactly what to bring and what to expect. All the staff were friendly and engaging. Our guide was Dylan and he was awesome! We had so much fun with him and he really made the experience great! Do not hesitate to book with this company. Highly recommend! Thanks!

About Buena Vista

Buena Vista is a small Rocky Mountain town in Colorado's Arkansas Valley, beneath the Collegiate Peaks, known for rafting, hot springs and high summits.

Buena Vista sits at about 2,400 metres in the Arkansas Valley of central Colorado, a small town of brick storefronts and a main street that still looks as it did in the mining and railroad era. The Collegiate Peaks, a line of mountains named for American universities and including Mount Princeton, Yale, Harvard and Columbia, rise just to the west, each of them more than 4,200 metres high.
