5Fantastic Staff and Unbeatable Experience
Fantastic experience with an exceptional guide and driver. Our guide was incredibly attentive to detail and brought deep knowledge about both Cluj and Romania's history. Visiting the underground salt mine was a truly fascinating experience—highly recommended!
5An afternoon with the best tour guide, Geta
The tour guide called Geta was the best guide in my trip to Rumania. She is a naturally nice person who explains with patience and is attentive to any doubt from the tourists. But besides her skills, which are superb, you feel her as a friend, a someone who is genuinely interested in you doubts and feelings. Geta has her own tourist company and everyone who wants to have a nice experience, should contact her.
5Brilliant tour and experience
We had a lovely tour guide who was very friendly and informative. She was very well educated in the geography as well as the history of the mine and the surrounding area. She gave us a brilliant tour of the mine as well as giving of plenty of free time to explore the mine ourselves.
5Must see when in Cluj
Our tour guide, Geta, was very charming and knowledgeable. A native of Turda, she provided insight we would not have gotten on our own.
3A bit of a let down
If you have been to Wieliczka you will be disappointed. This is simply a very long walk to go down a huge hole. There is a choice between stairs or lift. The lift carries 7 people only.
5Amazing
Thank you to Geta for a fabulous tour of the Turda Salt Mines. She was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed hearing the history of the area as well the Salt Mines. The Salt Mines are such an awe inspiring place to visit. As tourists through this area she went out of her way to assist with other problems we were having with our trip. Her local knowledge helped us for future planning. Thank you

Cluj-Napoca is the main city of Transylvania, in north-west Romania, built along the Someșul Mic river at the foot of wooded hills. The main square, Piața Unirii, is dominated by the Gothic Church of St Michael and the statue of King Matthias Corvinus, who was born in the city in 1443.
