5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a once in a lifetime tour
We had an absolutely amazing time and we would 100% recommend this tour! Geta was a fabulous tour guide; she was incredibly knowledgeable and told us so much about the wonderful area of Maramureş. Both of the wooden churches we visited were absolutely stunning and fascinating. The lunch with locals in the village was delicious and it was lovely to see that Geta knew our hosts so well. The merry cemetery was incredible and Geta was so helpful in making it a personalised experience. 10/10 and we would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore this beautiful part of Romania!
5Absolutely recommend!
Absolutely wonderful and informative time. We did a road trip around Romania but decided this would be better for getting up to the northern region and it was exactly what we needed.
5Best tour guide I have had in years
Geta was able to juggle everything with ease. Her knowledge of anything having to do with Romania is unparalleled from what I could tell. She was able to answer any question I had about the tour and was even able to explain other things I was curious about that probably weren't even in her wheel house. She was a complete professional and next time I am in the Romania she would be the first person I would reach out to.
5Best experience I had in Romania
Really awesome experience. The best trip I had staying in Romania. Really liked the churches and the paintings and the lunch was also delicious. 100% recommended
5Unforgettable experience - strongly recommend
Geta is an excellent guide and this was a fantastic and diverse tour. So much covered, in terms of geography, history and culture. An extremely interesting and thought provoking tour and an unforgettable experience in a particularly beautiful part of Romania. A strong recommendation for anyone with the good fortune to be spending time in this part of the country.
5This is a MUST SEE .
Geta is a fantastic guide and offers a day-trip to Maramures that is a must. The entire day was full of culture, history, beauty, and knowledge. Seeing the countryside in this part of Transylvania was inspiring, from the wooden churches to the village of Breb, and is most definitely a highlight of my time in this part of the world. I highly recommend this adventure.

About Cluj-Napoca
Cluj-Napoca is the student-filled heart of Transylvania, with Gothic churches, café terraces and botanical gardens, and salt mines and mountains nearby.
Cluj-Napoca is the main city of Transylvania, in north-west Romania, built along the Someșul Mic river at the foot of wooded hills. The main square, Piața Unirii, is dominated by the Gothic Church of St Michael and the statue of King Matthias Corvinus, who was born in the city in 1443. Baroque and Habsburg-era buildings around it house cafés, and the Orthodox cathedral stands on a nearby square.
