3. 10:30 am – We’re ready to visit a traditional Ham factory! Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, which means that it’s been preserved by salt and other ingredients for several months. Prosciutto DOP is the best prosciutto in the world, and even Italians from other regions will tell you so.

4. 01:00 pm – If you’ve ever had the chance to try authentic balsamic vinegar from Modena, then you know that it’s a world of difference from every other balsamic vinegar. The flavor is rich and complex, and it pairs well with so many different dishes.
