During the demonstration, you will have the opportunity to taste fresh cheeses, seasonal jams, and local wine. From here, you will be driven to a local pizzeria. At the pizzeria, your guide will share with you their family’s recipe for the traditional Neapolitan Pizza Margherita. Here, you will prepare your own pizza. Itinerary
Your tour begins in the center of a charming burgh called Schiazzano, where your guide will make introductions and then take you through the lovely lemon grove.
At Il Turuziello farm, you will begin your experience with an olive oil tasting, followed by a mozzarella-making demonstration. Cheese, wine, and limoncello samples are offered, too.
